Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst Lead to support the KC-46 Boom Shop in Everett, WA!

Position Responsibilities:

Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customersConducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteriaAnalyzes and interprets data for the programProvides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of riskWorks with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectivesWorks at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plansWorks under minimal direction

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment 5+ years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting in a manufacturing environment or Production operations5+ years of experience with Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint5+ years of experience with implementing strategies and plans under general direction5+ years of experience collecting, analyzing and interpreting data or managing projectsExperience working with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiativesUnderstanding, interpreting, and delivering specific process driven instruction based on feedback from Manufacturing Operations and Quality Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higherExperience using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processesExperience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the militaryExperience interfacing with senior and executive leadership

Summary pay range: $119,000 – $161,000
