Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplinesDevelops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategiesAcquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvementsDevelops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reportsProvides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processesManages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or manufacturing environment3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role3+ years of experience applying continuous improvement tools and techniquesProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Willing and able to work any shift (may be selected for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience managing Key Performance Indicators within Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Manufacturing data1+ years of experience using Boeing Production System (BPS)1+ years of experience in aircraft structures manufacturing process (preferably wings)1+ years of experience with REDARSCommitment to Go for Zero and Incident Injury Free (IIF) principles
Shift:
These positions are for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift and placement will be determined once candidates are selected.
