The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Manager inCompliance Training to join their team.

The Boeing Company has an extraordinary opportunity in the Global Compliance organization for a senior manager to lead a small, dynamic team charged with shaping and modernizing compliance related training across the enterprise in collaboration with functional organizations. The position reports to the Senior Director, Compliance Controls. The ideal candidate will understand compliance training best practices and provide strategic, operational and project management support to advance the overall portfolio and effectiveness of mandatory compliance training. You will be expected to communicate a shared vision of our training strategy and directly contribute to shaping courses in the portfolio which are related to the most important compliance risks facing The Boeing Company and its subsidiaries.

A prime candidate should have experience developing or guiding compliance training. You should be eager to learn from and contribute to a fast-paced, diverse, action-oriented team tied to risk awareness efforts across the company. You will collaborate with the Human Resources (HR) Learning & Development organization in addition to leaders and individuals in business units and functions across the enterprise who are experts in their domain. You will also consult and provide guidance as appropriate to courses outside of the mandatory compliance training portfolio which are key requirements executed by business units and functions.

This role requires the ability to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports. You will be personally involved in developing and annually executing our enterprise training plan. You will proactively provide input on the compliance training strategy. You will identify and implement innovative ideas and training techniques as we continually seek improvements in a dynamic environment. This position can be located in Seattle, WA; Arlington, VA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Chicago, IL; North Charleston, SC; Everett, WA; Plano, TX; Seal Beach, CA; Mesa, AZ; or Ridley Park, PA.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage, develop and inspire employees

Anticipate future needs and prioritize workload

Provide strategic and operational oversight and project management guidance to advance the overall effectiveness of courses in the mandatory compliance training portfolio

As appropriate, consult and support the HR team leading key mandatory business unit and functional courses

Guide custom instructional content developed in partnership with subject matter experts across the enterprise and the HR Learning & Development organization

Review and edit instructional content with a goal of increased effectiveness

Be aware of the latest in adult learning strategies, technology, and experiential learning

Understand key risk areas and draw insights through integration with teammates across Global Compliance such as Compliance Risk Management, International Risk Management, Ethics, Global Privacy, and other organizations

Partner with the Command Media team to provide training and awareness deliverables in support of their strategic efforts

Collaborate directly with Ethics Education & Awareness team to both provide and gather information

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience developing or guiding compliance training

High degree of ingenuity and creativity to drive solutions to unique challenges

Experience in managing collaborative, cross-organizational initiatives and execution strategies

Experience presenting and providing succinct messaging to stakeholders

Experience anticipating future needs and prioritizing workload

Summary pay range: $138,550-$200,100
