Find your future with us.Boeing’s Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Level Data Scientist to support the Enterprise Reliability Engineering and Asset Management team.
This role requires the analysis of internal and external data across a broad array of systems that are integrated into multiple data warehouses. The applicant will be expected to develop both predictive and prescriptive analytics for teams supporting reliability engineering and asset management. They will collaborate with the Data Management Office, Analysts, and Engineers to support road-mapping activities and data integration. The ideal candidate will help with overall vision planning as well as designing and implementing systems, tools, and processes necessary to support.

Position Responsibilities:
Develop integrated roadmaps for analytics capability leveraging internal and external resources
Determine strategies for the progression of analytics to align with business focus and priorities
Define and deploy predictive/prescriptive analytic solutions
Evaluate business objectives, determine stakeholder needs and identify requirements
Choose best fit methods, define algorithms, validate and deploy models to achieve business results
Support the end-to-end data feed from source systems to a data warehouse
Create data visualizations to meet customer requirements
Work with the Reliability Engineering and Asset Management team to integrate new data science methodologies into existing and new applications
Develop strategies for integrating legacy systems into next generation systems with AI integration
Support major projects by defining the work scope, estimated cost, and scheduling through the performance of risk analysis using project management tools
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
5+ years of experience developing data science algorithms to aid and assist in optimization and predictive analysis
5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.)
Extensive data manipulation and analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience in Facilities, Reliability Engineering or Asset Management
Experience using Corrigo or other Computerized Maintenance Management System
Experience with supporting data governance, data dictionaries, and data mapping
