The Boeing Company is looking for a Senior Learning Program ManagementSpecialist will lead the design, development, and execution of learning programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify training needs, create engaging learning experiences, and measuring the effectiveness of training initiatives and can be located in Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Auburn, WA; Everett, WA; Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO or North Charleston, SC.

Position Responsibilities:

Design and develop comprehensive learning programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needsCollaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and engaging contentManage multiple learning projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budgetUtilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on outcomesConduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities within the organizationAnalyze feedback and performance data to continuously improve learning programsWork closely with department heads and HR to understand training requirements and align programs with business objectivesFacilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure program relevance and effectivenessDevelop metrics and evaluation methods to assess the impact of learning programs on employee performance and organizational successPrepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to leadershipManage the budget for learning programs, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelinesLeverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to deliver and track training programsStay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience with Learning & Development in some form, including (but not limited to) facilitation, teaching, course development, employee development, structured coaching / mentoringExperience partnering with cross-functional teams3+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience3+ years of experience formally or informally leading training development programsBachelor’s degree or higherExperience with curriculum development and content and instructional materialsExperience with SharePoint, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI, and dashboard reportingRelevant Learning and Development and/or Coaching Certification

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $96,900 - $131,100

Summary pay range Senior (Level 5): $118,150 - $159,850
