Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking highly motivated, lean-focused, and passionate problem solvers to join our team as Lean Practitioners (Level 3/4) supporting the Everett, WA site.

In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence by implementing lean initiatives that eliminate waste, enhance quality, and reduce process flow times. Your work will directly contribute to achieving production rate increases while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Career (Level 3) and Expert (Level 4)Lean Practitioners.

Position Responsibilities:

Promote a culture of continuous improvement and systematic problem-solving

Support or lead continuous improvement workshops

Manage or support lean activities including project management, data collection, information gathering, and reporting

Understand and apply Boeing Production System (BPS) standards, including internal processes

Maintain a personal development plan to grow lean skills

Assist with instruction in improvement tools, principles, and basic Lean modules

Actively work on personal development to advance Lean skills

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience using Lean Manufacturing and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace

3+ years of experience teaching Lean tools and concepts

Proficiency working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing environment

5+ years of experience using Lean Principles and/or Continuous Improvement practices and tools in the workplace, such as problem solving, Kaizen workshops, 3P, value stream mapping, process mapping, or 5S

5+ years of experience working in cross-functional teams

Willing and able to work a variable shift, primarily 1st shift

Typical Education/Experience:

Career (Level 3): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education, such as a Bachelor’s degree, and typically 6 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Expert (Level 4): Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education, such as a Bachelor’s degree, and typically 14 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Level 3: $102,850 - $139,150

Summary pay range for Level 4: $124,950 - $169,050
