Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Leadership Development Facilitator (Level 3) to support the 777 Leadership Development team based out of Everett, WA.

This role partners with program leaders to design and deliver leadership development, coaching, and change strategies that elevate team performance and program outcomes. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Lean/BPS experience, strong facilitation and coaching skills, and a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams. You will help shape and sustain culture change by leading workshops, conducting process assessments, and translating insights into actionable improvement plans.

Position Responsibilities:

Facilitates Leadership workshops.

Lead, develop and implement a strategy for Leadership Development for 777 Leadership team

Partner with 777 Program leaders and their teams

Interact and provide feedback to Program Leadership.

Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria.

Analyzes and interprets data.

Provides feedback on assessment results.

Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

Works under general direction.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of hands-on experience applying Lean, BPS, Continuous Improvement, or related operational excellence practices in a manufacturing or complex program environment.

Demonstrated experience planning, designing, and facilitating instructor-led workshops, training sessions, or leadership development events (virtual and in-person).

Proven ability to coach and influence frontline and mid-level leaders: able to ask transformational questions, summarize discussions, and drive next-step commitments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present findings and recommendations clearly to audiences at multiple levels of leadership.

Experience conducting assessments of processes/practices, synthesizing observation and performance data, and producing actionable feedback.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel (basic analysis/pivots), PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and working at the appropriate level of the organization to implement agreed plans; able to work under general direction with minimal oversight.

Willingness and ability to be onsite in Everett, WA, on the schedule required by the program.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, organizational development, leadership development, or change management — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years’ experience specifically working with cross-functional program teams (engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, etc.) in a large aerospace or defense environment.

Demonstrated experience using basic data analysis to drive decisions (Excel analytics, KPI development, metric tracking).

Prior experience designing and implementing leadership development strategies, curricula, or capability-building roadmaps.

Track record of high-integrity facilitation that builds trust, psychological safety, and participant ownership of outcomes.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Organizational Development, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or other related field.

Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Change Management, or facilitator/coach certifications.

Summary pay range: $91,800 - $124,200
