Find your future with us.Boeing’s Indirect Supply Chain (ISC) organization is seeking a Lead Supplier Program Management Specialist to join the Factory Production & Site Services (FP&SS) team in Everett, WA or Seattle, WA.
This position plays a key role in driving supplier performance excellence and supporting critical production and site service operations across Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA).
The FP&SS team is responsible for procuring tooling, capital equipment, automated systems, factory consumables, construction, and site services. This role primarily supports internal business partners at BCA sites, focusing on capital equipment and automated system projects. The position requires onsite support at Boeing locations, particularly in Everett and Renton.
Position Responsibilities:
Oversee technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs
Lead strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs
Manage all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
Lead supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions
Lead the development of company or business unit procurement strategies
Provide oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projects
Communicate supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
Manage work movement plan
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience developing & maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives, customers, stakeholders, peers, and business partners
10+ years of experience in supplier management and/or supply chain management and/or contracts
10+ years of experience in project management
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and consulting on best practices
10+ years of experience managing supplier performance and developing/implementing performance improvement plans
10+ years of experience with data analytics
Experience with/knowledge of capital equipment and/or automated systems

Summary Pay Range: $141,100 - $190,900
