The Boeing Company is seeking a Lead Financial Integrator (level 4 or 5) to join our team in Tukwila, WA to support the Mobility and Surveillance (M&S) United States Air Force (USAF)/ Foreign Military Sales (FMS) E-7 programs.

As a Finance Integrator you will be responsible for setting up the financial structures to support Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) requirements with full Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting. This role will also provide guidance, leadership and financial analysis to the program leadership team.

Position Responsibilities:

Support financial quarterly EAC deliverables and reviews

Support proposal strategy planning and transactional reviews

Setup CSPR for CSDR, IPMDAR and CFSR DFARS customer reporting

Provide ongoing recommendations and guidance for contractual action items affecting fee, funding, financial EACs and new contract orders

Establish relationships with program leadership, peers and functional leaders

Present monthly EVM and program performance KPIs to senior leadership

Initiate assignments and lead integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs)

Develop performance reports for internal and external stakeholders

Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial, business knowledge and experience

Develop, review, analyze and maintain cost performance measurement baselines

Provide subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience in business related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management, Marketing & Sales)

Experience working in cross functional teams

Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, CSPR, EAS, IRE and wInsight

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent

Experience supporting business cases

Familiarity with Non-Labor EVM and cost accounting

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Level 4 Summary Pay Range: $106,250 - $143,750

Level 5 Summary Pay Range: $127,500 - $172,500
