Job Description
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a candidate to fill the position of KC-46 Support Integration Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) for the sustainment programs in Tukwila, WA or are open to considering candidates for placement in Hazelwood, MO and Oklahoma City, OK. This role will be responsible for the capture and execution of these sustainment efforts.
The selected candidate will work across a wide variety of organizations, functions, suppliers, and business units. This role will work closely with the Support Integration teams.
Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Mid-Level or Senior Support Integration Specialists.
Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Planning and technical Integration of the Integrated Product Support elements to support integration operationsSupport multiple Statements of Work (SOWs) within the KC-46 Support & Training ProgramDevelop business processes, standard operating procedures and overseeing business operationsSupport proposal development to include technical descriptions and Basis of Estimates (BOE)Overseeing requirements and ensuring delivery of product through the various stages of the product lifecycleApply knowledge of customer processes to shape Boeing technical, material, and support products/servicesCreates and leads presentations, status reviews, and monitors execution of support programsSupport organizational growth strategic planningAbility to work on-site 5 days per week
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
6+ years of product support experienceExperience collaborating cross-functionally (engineering, program management, modification team, contracts and finance)Experience managing, monitoring, and integrating product/ program lifecycle support activities to include support system analysis, spares, provisioning, technical data, training maintenance/modifications, support equipment and facilities.Bachelor of Science degreeAbility to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Experience working with commercial derivative, vertical lift, or fighter aircraft platformsExperience working across organizations and working with/managing suppliers and subcontractorsExperience interfacing directly with senior military officials and executivesExperience in the aviation industry Experience in Project Management Military experience

Summary pay range Mid-Level (Level 3): $85,000 - $131,100
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $105,400 - $163,300
