Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures, and government regulations
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance
Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
Acquires and manages resources for a team that leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Develop and present briefs with customers, and stakeholders
Must be able to work variable shifts, shift will be determined at the time of the offer
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience using Systematic Problem Solving
Ability to work variable shifts which include working days, nights, weekends and/or holidays
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s Degree or higher (Engineering or STEM, preferred)
FAA Repair Station Experience
Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and teaming skills

Additional Information:
This position requires travel up to 10% of the time
Shift:
This role will have training requirements on 1st shift, but permanent shift may differ to support program objectives/business needs
