Find your future with us.Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a KC-46 First Line Manufacturing Support Manger (K Level) to support the KC-46A Program within the Line Side Control Center (LSCC) in Everett, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines.Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies.Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.Manages, develops and motivates employees.Provides oversight over the 5S Program and BDS Coordinators
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience working in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment1+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership roleStrong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills are required to succeed in this position as well as presentation and facilitation skills to work with cross-functional groups in establishing and achieving common goalsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher1+ years of experience with Boeing systems such as SAT, CMES, & REDARS1+ years of experience using lean manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and toolsPrior experience in a production or manufacturing environmentPrior LSCC experienceUnderstanding of One BPS process and principles

Additional Information:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $112,200 - $151,800 USD
