Find your future with us.Insitu has an immediate need for a Level 2 Support Technician for a 12 month contract. This role will be 100% onsite in Bingen, WA. This role provides IT support for clients, find fixes, workarounds and final solutions by troubleshooting issues while providing exemplary customer service. Must be technically capable and a self-starter with strong organizational and customer service skills.

Install and configure computers, peripheral equipment, and softwareRespond to tickets in accordance with established guidelinesRecord, track, and document the help desk request problem solving process including actions taken through to the final resolutionRespond in timely manner to requests and issuesRepair and replace equipment as neededProvide onsite and remote support to end usersElevates and coordinates out of scope technical issuesAssist in AV setups as needed for meetingsAssist new hire training for basic IT needs.Set up new workstations for users (deploying equipment, checking over account setups)
Education and Experience:
1 years of related experience or an Associate degree in a related discipline.Previous experience with Insitu systems.
Must be open to working on a contract basis.
Must be able to commute to Bingen, WA.
Position is a 100% on-site role.
