Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an Experienced Planning & Scheduling Specialist to join our team in Tukwila, WA. In this role you will be on working with internal cross-functional teams to develop & maintain project schedules on KC-46 program.
Responsibilities:
Leads preparation, development and coordination of an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirementsLeads the development of program plans, schedules and coordinates with affected organizations, documents work statements and resulting schedulesSupports the integration of program plans and schedules, horizontally and vertically, across company functional, product groups, suppliers and partners of moderate complexityIdentifies and reports performance variancesLeads the review of proposed changes to the baseline
This is an onsite position.
Basic Qualifications: (Required Skills / Experience)
Bachelor’s degree or higherExperience in a role requiring project / program management skillsMicrosoft Office experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills / Experience)
Experience with EVM Earned Value ManagementExperience working with PowerBI, Tableau or other business intelligence systemsExperience conducting data analysis with ExcelExperience with Agile / SAFe MethodologyExperience with SQL and SQL ServerExperience with scheduling tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, OpenPlan, Primavera, etc.)

Summary Pay Range: 115,600 – 156,400
