We are looking for an Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist - DC&N (Mid-Level or Senior) to join the Disruptive Computing Networks team working in El Segundo, CA; Annapolis Junction, MD; Fairfax, VA; Huntington Beach, CA or Seattle, WA.

A successful candidate will develop and manage project schedules. Support Project Managers by providing schedules analysis based on project status, developing mitigation plans as required. And generate "what if" scenarios for Project Manager as requested.

Position Responsibilities:

Independently develops, coordinates, integrates, analyzes, and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.

Performs studies, analysis (trend, variance, impact), risk assessments to determine impacts, and constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives.

Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plan regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project.

Works to improve project management processes, business systems, and implement best practices that support project decision makers.

Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion.

Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives.

Assists customers to develop performance recovery plan and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience working with cross-functional teams across different geographic locations & time-zones

Experience working with program managers to develop & manager project schedule baselines

Experienced in managing complex integrated schedules, earned value management system (EVMS), using scheduling tools (ex. MS Project or Milestone Professional)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Agile / JIRA experience

Experience with early development programs

Summary pay range Mid-Level: $93,500 - $126,500

Summary pay range Senior: $115,600 - $156,400
