Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Product Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to function in a Scrum Master role on the team in Seattle, WA.
Boeing Fleet Link is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Product Specialist to manage the development and enhancement of our fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, requirements management, agile methodologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage product backlog, create traceable and testable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.
Position Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including product management, customer experience designers, customers, engineering, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and functional requirements
Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery
Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating team dynamics and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives
Act as the focal to provide guidance to the development team throughout the product lifecycle
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience with technical product management
3+ years of experience within information technology
3+ years of experience working within a development environment using Agile methodologies
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
Experience in writing technical software requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with fleet management systems or aviation industry systems
Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of employees

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $108,800 – $147,200
Summary pay range for Senior: $131,750 – $178,250
