Boeing Supply Chain IT (Information Technology) Systems is seeking a Senior Information Technology Product Manager to join their team in Miami, FL; Plano, TX; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Charleston, SC; or Seattle WA.

The selected candidate will support Enterprise Asset Management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) product.

Position Responsibilities:

Leads the education of the Business’ senior leadership on IT service offerings and processesPartners with business leaders to align setup business capability roadmaps aligned to business strategic initiatives & goalsCollaborates directly with business or function to understand problems or initiatives and represents the business or function within IT at the highest levels to engage the right resources, explores alternatives and help deploy the right solution with first time qualityDirects the development and execution of communication plans, including status to leadership and to business or function stakeholdersOversees the identification of risks and impacts and coordinates with business or function senior leadership to approve mitigation plans or changes to commitmentsProvides input and lessons learned on IT processes, procedures, tools, and techniques, and ensures alignment to quality management solutions for the business or functionHolds accountability for the dollars spent, funding, and affordability in support of their applicable business unit(s) or function(s)Drives clarity of initiative business value and track business value capture upon implementation and adoption of key initiatives

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience working on teams and projects that involve cross-functional and/or cross-business domains5+ years of experience with industry SAP ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or equivalent such as SAP (System Applications & Products) 5+ years of experience developing and managing budgets5+ years of experience driving problem solving, communicating with multiple levels of executive leadership, managing and responding to defect metric data trends and predictive indicators5+ years of experience in Integrated Business Processes supporting ERP applications5+ years of experience with SAP Activate and Agile/SAFe methodology

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with Cognos design, test, and implementation

Typical Education/Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master +7 years' related work experience, 12 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $123,250 - $178,250
