The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Manager to join the Boeing Defense, Space and Security Product Lifecycle Management team in either El Segundo, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; or Kent, WA.

Join our dedicated leadership team helping provide value to Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services (BGS) programs by developing and deploying a service ready solution for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). Integrated Product Data Management (IPDM) is designed to support BDS common processes. IPDM will consist of one common image which will further enable the "design, build, and support anywhere" philosophy while supporting the reduction of Information Technology (IT) cost and infrastructure. This program is a combined effort of BDS Engineering, BGS, IT Product Systems, and Siemens.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages and integrates employee activities across Information Technologies including infrastructure design and administration, application analysis and design, information management, architecture, computing security, computing project support and/or process analysis

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

Manages and provides developmental opportunities for employees

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

5+ years of experience within information technology

5+ years of experience in program management

5+ years of experience working within an Agile development team

5+ years of experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

5+ years of experience in the Digital Transformation Environment (DTE)

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $134,300 – $194,350
