Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Industrial Security Representative to join our dynamic team in Tukwila, Washington!

Position Responsibilities:

Supports and provides guidance for the SAP, collateral and international programs assigned.Implements Internal Security Controls through performance of compliance assessment reviews and self-inspections to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirementsCommunicates results to security management and customersConducts Administrative Inquiries on personnel, processes, and situations in accordance with established operating procedures to resolve level and scope of non-compliance with government and company regulations/requirementsCommunicates results to security management and customersProtects government, intellectual, third party and company information from unauthorized disclosuresDevelops, implements, and coordinates an Operational Security program, security education, procedures, and physical controls to ensure compliance with government and company regulations/requirements on large and/or sophisticated programsEstablishes and implements a security awareness training and education program to educate, refresh, and empower personnel to protect people, property, and informationPerforms Physical Security duties and responsibilities within Boeing facilities to ensure compliance with company and government regulations/requirementsPerforms Sub-Contractor Management to ensure compliance with government regulations/requirementsCommunicates results to security management and customersParticipates, as requested, on enterprise Integrated Product Team (IPT)

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires an active U.S. Top Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)

This position requires a successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years.

This position requires ability to obtain program access, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship only.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work or military experience3+ years of experience in Industrial SecurityPrior experience as a CPSO working in a Special Access Program (SAP) environmentExperience with U.S. and international government programsStrong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefingsExperience working with minimal daily oversight/direction to accomplish business goals and objectivesA high learning agility, problem solving, creative and analytical thinker

Typical Education / Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Travel:

This position may require travel up to 20% of the time.

Summary Pay Range: $103,700 - $140,300
