Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalistto join our team in Everett, WA.

As a member of the HR team supporting the 767/777 Programs and Everett Site there is a tremendous opportunity to make a significant impact at The Boeing Company. The position will play a key role in supporting the HR function’s objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience in the following key areas:

Resource planning and organization design

Project management

Equity, diversity & inclusion and employee engagement

Talent management

Career and employee development

Integration with Ethics, Labor Relations, Legal, Security and Facilities

For this position, critical thinking and innovative problem solving along with active participation in business planning is needed to be successful. This individual will integrate HR Solutions with broader Program and site strategies and tactics driving towards standards and keeping a focus on employee engagement and overall experience. Broad focus on workforce strategy, total rewards and incentives, culture, talent management and building capabilities of our leaders along with overall business success is key.

This role builds cross functional and cross organizational partnerships. You will work with a team of HR professionals to integrate and implement solutions to reduce complexities using lean principles with a focus on safety and quality. Lastly, this role will focus on achieving organizational goals to deliver business results.

Position Responsibilities:

Partner with the HR Senior Director to provide best in class HR products and Services to the 767/777 Programs and the Everett site Leadership Team

Lead the HR team in the delivery of key HR processes, initiatives, and projects (i.e. executive talent management, salary planning, performance support, data reporting and visibility, etc.)

Provide leadership in resource planning/staffing to include integrating, analyzing and making recommendations using data

Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation

Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives

Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions

Contribute to the development of site-wide strategies to strengthen a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery

Represent Everett HR on the Incident Management Team and site planning activities (i.e. Inclement Weather preparation, COVID & vaccination planning, emergency preparedness, safety huddles, etc.)

Partner closely with organizations such as Environmental Health and Safety, Facilities, Security, Communications and Labor Relations on site standards (i.e. health and safety initiatives, safety at the site strategies, wellness and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) seminars, leadership in proactive site planning for diversity strategy and communications, and other site wide processes, etc.)

Communicate with HR peers and leaders on site activities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes

5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding

5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Human Resources Certification

5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Experience in Lean process implementation

Experience in data analytics

Experience leading project teams and acting as a peer mentor

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $111,350 - $150,650
