Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level HR Business Partners to find the best fit for this position.

The position will play a key role in supporting the success of Boeing’s business and the HR function’s objective to provide world class HR service and employee experience.
The role, along with their team of peers, will be the HR Generalists supporting BCA employees in 737 Program and Delivery Operations. This position requires an experienced Human Resources Generalist who demonstrates the knowledge, experience, and ability to create and deploy integrated HR initiatives. The position will work closely with other key groups in the Human Resources organization, HR Centers of Excellence (COE’s) and HR Services groups to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees and managers. The team will be responsible for delivering HR products and services engaging with employees and managers in person to improve the employee experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide visible HR presence where our employees work to enable real time engagement and solutions
Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity and inclusion where employee experience is at the center of HR service delivery
Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
Work closely with HR COE’s (Centers of Excellence) to provide input for the design of HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and to support the delivery of programs
Utilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided
Develop solutions to complex problems that require ingenuity and critical thinking
Ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives
Work effectively through conflict resolution and employee relations
Communicate and collaborate with HR peers and leaders on site activities
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
3+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
3+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors Degree or higher
Human Resources certification
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources role
Experience with manufacturing
Experience with hourly and union workforce
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $87,550 - $118,450
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $111,350 - $150,650
