Boeing Commercial Airplanes’ (BCA) Human Resources (HR) 737 Program is currently seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in Moses Lake, WA. This dynamic role is responsible for providing strategic HR support to the 737 Program Delivery Operations Moses Lake team. This position leads HR strategies and solutions that meet the organization’s business priorities and establishes a people-focused culture that models Boeing’s values and behaviors.

Position Responsibilities:

Act as the Moses Lake HR Site Leadership and visible HR presence with the manufacturing/production employees and managers for real-time engagement and solutionsPromote open communication and guide discussions to collaboratively resolve workplace issues in a positive and fair mannerDeploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices, and processes and serve as subject matter expert (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)Partner with manufacturing/production leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals and address workforce challengesWork closely with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to provide input on HR programs in specific areas (e.g., labor relations, talent, compensation, training), and support the delivery of programsIdentify recurring employee concerns or trends, reporting these to HR leadership to develop proactive solutions or interventionsAccountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources and centers of excellence as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with othersCoach all team member levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture-to-performance outcomesDevelop innovative solutions to complex problems and implement integrated HR initiatives that align with and advance organizational objectivesServe as a trusted partner and resource for employees at all levels, addressing concerns, guiding company policies, providing HR consultation and coaching, and acting as a neutral party in resolving conflictsChampion Boeing’s values and behaviors—modeling our expectations and reinforcing them through consistent employee interactionsLead and mentor within the HR team, helping with on-boarding, leading initiatives, and provide subject matter expertise on HR initiatives

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices, and processes5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes5+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement5+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions and/or programs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or HigherHuman Resources certification (SHRM and/or PHR Certification)3+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources roleExperience with manufacturing, hourly and union workforceExcellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; high-impact communication styleExperience analyzing data and metrics and presenting data-driven HR solutions to senior leadersExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final product

Summary Pay Range: $119,000 - $161,000
