Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services Government Services (BGSG) Human Resources (HR) organization has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join the team in Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; Oklahoma City, OK; Seattle, WA; Tukwila, WA or Long Beach, CA. This role will help us shape the future of our HR team to drive a best-in-class employee experience and outstanding delivery of HR programs, services and strategic projects to more than 5000 employees world-wide.

The successful candidate for this role will join the BGSG HR team to provide HRBP support to one of our US-based portfolio leaders and their team.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy and maintain a people plan strategy, including annual priorities
Lead and oversight of key processes including Talent Management and special projects
Create, build and lead organizational plans; partner with other Human Resource Business Partners, including CoE’s on resourcing strategies heavily focusing on staffing, retention and attrition including forecasting resource needs and tracking monthly progress to plan
Collaborate, prepare content and aid in execution of talent and people strategy across the global Government Services portfolio
Serve as a credible HR partner to build and sustain trusting relationships
Find proactive, creative solutions to complex problems
Understand and support the business environment
Partner with the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and local & global HR teams to ensure the organization’s HR and business strategies are aligned
Ensure the efficient delivery of HR products, tools, and services

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
5+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Human Resources certification
3+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives
Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG)
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with experience communicating to a global audience
Experience in cross-functional leadership and collaborative problem solving
