The Boeing Company is seeking a strategic and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (Experienced or Senior) to join the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Engineering HR Organization partnering with the BCA Engineering Product Development leadership team in Everett, WA. As a BCA Engineering HRBP, you will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, drive talent development, and support a high-performance culture in this technical space. You will play a key role in workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, leadership coaching, and employee engagement, ensuring that BCA Engineering talent is supported and empowered to drive innovation.

In addition to the HRBP responsibilities, you will also drive strategic people priorities and projects across the HR BCA Engineering team, ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives and enhancing operational excellence. You will drive alignment between BCA Engineering leadership and HR on priorities, strategic planning, and key deliverables. You will also lead priority projects including that drive enhancing strategic awareness and communication, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams.

Position Responsibilities:

Builds relationships with business leaders by providing consultation and guidance to enhance team performance

Consults with leadership to develop effective and actionable strategies to promote a positive workplace culture

Drives talent management activities, including talent planning initiatives and workforce planning to support organization stability

Collaborates with peers, partners and stakeholders to drive alignment and inclusion

Implements HR strategies and practices, ensuring effective communication and engagement

Utilizes data and analysis of HR metrics to identify trends and provide recommendations for improvement

Drives strategic HR initiatives with business partners, aligned to functional and organization priorities

Leads and partners on projects and proactively engages with Center of Excellence partners to deliver optimal results

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in Human Resources

3+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing associated projects

3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Human Resources certification(s)

5+ years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

5+ years of experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (P3)

Experience problem-solving and performing data analysis

Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in creating presentations with PowerPoint and using Excel for data analysis and reporting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at various levels of the organization

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Level 3: $102,000 – $138,000

Summary pay range for the Level 4: $127,500 - $172,500
