Boeing’s Engineering Test and Technology Human Resources organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (Associate or Experienced) to support the Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) business, located in Tukwila, WA, or Everett, WA.

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for partnering with executives and managers within BDS Engineering. This position requires strategic thinking, strong written and oral communication skills, talent management experience, collaboration, independent judgment and the ability to influence others.

Position Responsibilities:

Provide effective consultative skills/talent management solutions that drive technical innovation and quality results, partnering with leaders to integrate functional, human resource and organizational change management strategies and action plans to improve operational effectiveness, leadership, workforce planning, engagement and talent acquisitionSupport key HR initiatives and partner with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectivesCollaborate with managers/employees to drive the development of people strategies, action plans and metrics to assess progress/impactUse business knowledge to make recommendations and proposals on key functional strategies, develops long and short term strategies involving policies (e.g. Employee Engagement and Functional Excellence) and embeds people plans in the operating rhythm of the organizationAccountable for the quality and delivery of HR products and services by engaging other HR resources as appropriate; influencing process improvement by working with others; utilizing conflict resolution techniques, and making the necessary changes to mitigate risk and ensure employee perspectives are consideredCoach all employee levels including management and executive leaders on behaviors and techniques to achieve leadership excellence and culture to performance outcomesDeploy and administer HR programs, policies, practices and processesDevelop integrated HR initiatives and solutions to advance organizational objectives; effectively partners across HR organizations to deliver high quality, seamlessly integrated operational HR support for the business, the employees and managersContribute to the development of a positive organizational culture where employee experience and engagement is at the center of HR service deliveryAnalyze staffing and performance and develop corrective solutionsUtilize HR metrics and people data to drive solutions based on trends and understand effectiveness of support provided

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

1+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes1+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and understanding1+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions1+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience staffing defense programs – attracting, engaging and retaining critical talentHuman Resources certification1+ years of experience partnering with leadership to design and implement workforce strategies to meet organization objectives1+ years of experience leading teams either formally or informally in a Human Resources roleExperience collaborating across organizational boundaries to deliver an integrated final productExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills, high-impact communication style

Summary pay range Associate (Level 2): $69,700 - $102,500

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $87,550 - $128,750
