Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Growth Marketing Manager, Military Aviation (Virtual) with proven experience selling into Military or DoD markets. This position is responsible for creating and executing full-funnel demand generation campaigns to accelerate growth within our high-profile Military Aviation business. You will build and execute marketing plans that generate market excitement, showcase customer value and generate pipeline. Proficiency in account-based marketing (ABM), lead management and revenue attribution are essential. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges of military markets.

Position Responsibilities:

Own the development and delivery of full-funnel, pipeline generating activities including account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, events, webinars, and follow-up campaignsBuild effective stakeholder relationships across sales, product marketing, customer success and partners to launch an integrated, prioritized, GTM plan in the regions Expand share of wallet within existing military customersSource net-new pipeline opportunities for SalesNurture customers & prospects for future opportunityCreate a content strategy for demand generation assets that support pipeline goalsImplement channel attribution models to measure the contribution of each marketing channel to conversions and revenueMonitor and optimize lead flow across the marketing technology stack, CRM and sales follow up

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Experience in military, selling into military, Federal or DoD marketsMinimum of (7) years of experience in B2B demand generation and lead managementUnderstanding of lead nurtures, lead progression, lead scoring and sales follow upExperience building targeted, complex, multi-channel campaigns that result in pipelineExceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in B2B software demand generationSaaS experience preferredProficiency in marketing technology platforms, notably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and 6sense.

Typical Education & Experience:

Experienced

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 7 or more years’ related work experience.)

Senior

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor’s) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master’s and typically 12 or more years’ related work experience.)

Summary pay range:

Experienced: $124,950.00 – $169,050.00

Senior: $150,450.00 –$203,550.00
