The Boeing Global Supply Chain Team has an opportunity for a Government Property Compliance Manager (Level K) position within Supply Chain Core Operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the Government Property Engagement and Assessment Team located in multiple sites.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with diverse teams across multiple organizations to plan, organize and perform auditing responsibilities to assess processes, procedures and outcomes. In this position, the successful candidate will Manage a virtual team that conduct compliance audits of Property Management Systems across our BDS Supply Chain and BDS sites.

Position Responsibilities:

Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external team members to ensure the desired goals are metBuilds relationships as key liaison with independent contractors to ensure company requirements are met (as it pertains to the lifecycle of assets and material)Ability to plan and coordinate reviews with all applicable team membersCapable of reviewing and interpreting processes of various (external teammate owned) procedures as it relates to the lifecycle of assets and materialEffectively manage cause and effect for adherence to process controlAbility to map and analyze various factors that determine process efficiency and effectivenessTeam with various internal and external organization to ensure issues and gaps are addressed timely and appropriately with all applicable organizationsStay up-to-date with changing procedures, rules, regulations and other requirementsAbility to provide guidance and training to internal and external teammatesContinuously review internal processes for improvements

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience with Government Property Management3+ years of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higherMember of NPMA holding a CPPS, CPPA or CPPMPrevious experience in auditing government property management requirements and compliancePrevious experience working in a team environment with strong ability to collaborate virtuallyPrevious experience in developing detailed plans and schedules

Relocation:

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Tier 1: USD $106,250 - $143,750
