The Boeing Global Engagement's (BGE) team is seeking a Senior Global Engagement Specialist to join the team in Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA.

The selected candidate will oversee Boeing’s charitable giving outside the United States, with a focus on doing good in community while supporting the aerospace industry. This role will manage coordination with a global team of community investors to implement Boeing’s charitable giving strategies and process in 40+ countries. This position is well-suited for a passionate leader focused on supporting the mission and delivering results across multiple projects concurrently. We are looking for someone who loves working in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment.

Position Responsibilities:

Recommend and commit authorized resources to maximize investment impact in alignment with strategic plans

Manage grants due diligence process, budgets, programs, projects, and events

Evaluate the impact of community investments and relationships, and ensure investments align to the Company’s strategic vision while localizing impact and implementation

Participate in internal cross functional teams and represent Boeing on external interdisciplinary teams focused on identifying community investing opportunities

Communicate the company's community investment results and commitment to good corporate citizenship

Provide subject matter expertise for company leaders who manage and participate in external relationships

Influence decision makers and stakeholders by providing information related to issues, communicating impact and providing recommendations to represent the interests of the company

Promote the active participation of Boeing employees and their families in the community

Work closely with BGE’s Data Analyst to track and report data performance and present goals, progress, outcomes, and impact

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Ability to travel domestically as needed

Ability to work variable shifts; including days, evenings, nights and weekends

5+ years of experience as a Project Management Specialist executing several projects at one time

5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project

5+ years of experience with giving presentations and public speaking

3+ years of experience leading or managing global teams

3+ years of experience with volunteer programs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience creating and analyzing data to identify trends and communicate a story to depict findings

Experience with nonprofit organizations and/or corporate volunteer programs

Experience participating in and leading cross-functional teams

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $105,400 – $142,600
