This role will lead and scale our worldwide network of employee communities, including Business Resource Groups (BRGs), culture councils, regional committees, and grassroots employee initiatives. This strategic role is central to cultivating authentic connection, driving employee engagement, and creating continuous feedback loops that inform organizational strategy. The ideal candidate will be a passionate community builder with global program management expertise and a deep understanding of how employee communities drive business outcomes and cultural transformation.

Position Responsibilities:
Drive the evolution of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) into effective culture drivers and promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across networks to enrich the organizational culture (ex. InSite and other channels)
Lead development of culture change network to cultivate and empower culture influencers globally, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources and foster two-way communication
Oversee the alignment Culture Councils developing clear charters and governance and implementing recognition programs to celebrate contributions and enhance participation
Develop and execute a comprehensive global strategy for employee communities that aligns with business objectives and cultural values
Create governance structures and operating models for sustainable community growth and impact
Partner with senior leadership to integrate community insights into organizational decision-making processes
Establish and support culture councils that serve as cultural ambassadors and feedback channels
Design regional committee structures that reflect local cultural nuances while maintaining global alignment
Create mechanisms for culture councils to influence local and global cultural initiatives
Identify, support, and scale organic employee-led initiatives and communities of practice
Create platforms and processes for employees to propose and launch new community groups
Develop recognition and support systems for grassroots leaders and community champions
Foster innovation labs and special interest groups that drive business value and employee satisfaction
Design and implement continuous feedback mechanisms through community channels
Create structured pathways for community insights to reach leadership and inform organizational decisions
Establish regular feedback loops between communities and key business functions
Analyze community data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of involvement in employee engagement in a global setting (including but not limited to program management, community management, etc.)
5+ years of experience in coordinating projects across multiple businesses and globally distributed teams
5+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
5+ years of experience translating data into actionable insights and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
Experience with community analytics and engagement metrics
Experience in building, scaling, and managing employee communities or similar member organizations
Experience in multinational corporations or global organizations with distributed teams
Experience with community management platforms and engagement technologies
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with ability to influence across all organizational levels

Summary pay range: $113,900 - $177,100
