Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Fulfillment Materials Management Manager (Level K) to join the Supply Chain Fulfillment team supporting 767/777 Fulfillment in Everett, Washington on first shift.

This position will provide oversight for individual contributors for Everett Site Fulfillment. We are looking for a first line leader who is a self-starter and a systems thinker with strong production system knowledge and ability to develop collaborative relationships. The successful candidate will be experienced with the Boeing Production System (BPS).

Position Responsibilities:

Manages and integrates employees' activities across more than one area in materials management and transportation.

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.

Manages, develops and motivates employees.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (BPS)

1+ years of experience in root cause analysis and corrective action

1+ years of experience working in Supply Chain, Fulfillment or Manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor's degree or higher

1+ years of experience working in a production environment

1+ years of experience with Lean principles, continuous improvement, and One BPS

Experience with Tableau and data analytics tools

Summary pay range: $120,650 - $139,700
