Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist (Experienced, or Senior) to join our Retrofit Fleet Support Kitting Team. In this role, the focus will be on the long-term supportability of aircraft for our customers by ensuring availability of critical and emergent parts. In this role, Asset manager will work seamlessly across the Fleet Chief Office and Supply-Chain teams to develop integrated plans to drive key parts availability in Seattle, WA.

Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including; Experienced and Senior Level Asset Manager, primary responsibility for the Post Production Operations Business (PPO) and lead the activity across all program models.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Seattle, WA.

Position Responsibilities

Analyzes post production supply chain data to define reorder points and quantities and coordinates for economy of purchases

Analyzes material location and initiates redistribution action

Analyzes supplier and/or customer data regarding products or services to include repair capabilities, capacity and performs assessment of configuration change impact to supply support system

Reviews applicability of warranties to allocate costs. Identifies and resolves customer supply chain management issues and discrepancies Identifies Supply Chain alternatives to resolve obsolescence issues

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):

3 + Years of experience in Supply Chain

3 + Years of experience in Project Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):

5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Define metrics and tracking mechanisms

Comprehensive understanding of the issue, criticality, root cause, and impact to customers

Define support plan and complete path to execution

Establish stakeholders, action owners, and communication rhythm

Typical Education/Experience:

Experienced (Level 3)

Typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Senior (Level 4)

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required

Relocation: This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for experienced level: 86,700 – 117,300

Summary pay range for senior level: 108,800 – 147,200
