Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Fleet Support Execution Manager to join our team in either Seattle, WA or Seal Beach, CA.

This position is for a first line leader within Boeing Global Services (BGS) Supply Chain Execution that will be responsible for leading a team of Fleet Support Program Managers. This is a 1st shift position that requires flexibility and willingness to adjust scheduling to manage and engage with employees, teammates, and customers in their region/time zones.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess knowledge and experience with the Supply Chain value stream, processes, and SCOR models as well as display the capability to lead in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The manager will be expected to work seamlessly across supply chain, fleet chief office, business, and other organizations needed to develop integrated processes to drive parts availability and solutions to parts problems. Lastly, this role will provide opportunities to develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports in support of one Supply Chain.

Position Responsibilities:

Engage stakeholders to solve fleet and customer issues across the supply chain value stream

Management oversight of Critical Part List/Incident Prone List/Emergent Issues

Lead and integrate across BGS Supply Chain to resolve constraints and improve process

Empower, mentor, develop and motivate employees

Provide the team with directions to reduce bottlenecks and remove roadblocks

Develop and execute projects and process improvement plans by implementing policies, procedures and setting operational goals

Manage employee performance and customer relationships to ensure issue resolution, first pass quality, and timeliness

Coordination with supplier in service on joint fleet solutions

Develop and maintain relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of work experience in a supply chain related role

3+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment

Experience addressing both customer, internal, and employee escalations

5+ years of experience developing presentations for and presenting to executive leadership

Ability to travel 10-20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience defining requirements for and utilizing analytics dashboards

Ability to summarize large amounts of data into actionable steps

Experience prioritizing incoming work

Experience with SAP systems

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $122,400.00 - $165,600.00
