The Boeing Company - Finance Shared Services is in search of a dynamic and talented ExperiencedFinancial Analyst (Level 3) to join the Finance Analysis Center of Excellence (COE) Indirect team supporting the Boeing Brand Experiences (BBE) organization in Everett or Renton, Washington. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a world-class finance team that plays a crucial role in guiding business decisions and supporting key operations.

In this role you will:

Serve as a defacto Chief Financial Officer support of the BBE organization

Provide insights and recommendations based on financial performance metrics, including Profit & Loss responsibility

Partner closely with the Accounting organization in understanding and explaining BBE’s financial picture

Support BBE retail store growth with financial analysis, recommendations and partnership with the Accounting organization

Serve on a cross functional team representing Finance as BBE financial systems and tools evolve

Contribute to the development of financial models and forecasts

Engage in cost analysis and optimization efforts

Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support strategic business decisions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Position Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, manipulate and document source data to support analysis of resource Initiates assignments and integrates analysis of resource forecasts and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, functions or pools

Develop and maintain performance reports

Integrate variance analyses and provide understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management

Make recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience

Support process improvement initiatives, communicates the need for change to stakeholders and act as a finance representative lead for cross-business/Center of Excellence COE engagements

Analyze key performance indicators to improve process cycle time, quality, and timeliness

Exhibit a positive attitude and willingness to serve as a change agent

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s Degree or higher

3+ years of experience in a business-related function (including but not limited to: Finance, Accounting, Contracts, Estimating, Procurement Financial Analysis, Business Operations, Supplier Management)

3+ years of work experience with the Microsoft Excel application using: formulas, VLookups, pivot tables, charts, filters, and linking worksheets

3+ years of experience creating executive level presentations using Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced, Excel, PowerPivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience managing or supporting a Profit & Loss business

Experience with Accounting activities

3+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)

3+ years of experience working with financial tools

3+ years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in leading either formally or informally teams and/or projects

Project management skills and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously

Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced, geo-diverse team environment

Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Products for financial modeling and analysis

Experience using strong verbal and written communication skills both virtually and in person

Adaptability to rapidly changing environments and ability to meet deliverables

Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,000
