In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing financial analysis support to BCA Development Programs. This position offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Position Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, peers, and business partners across functions and programs
Act as a trusted advisor to your business partners by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations
Support the execution of development program statement of work, develop financial budgets & plans, performance reporting and opportunity & risk management
Initiates assignments and leads integration and analysis of resource forecasts and/or budgets for functions or pools; financial forecasts and budgets for contracts or programs
Initiates assignments and leads integration of variance analyses and provides understanding of operational and financial performance to senior management and executive leadership
Makes recommendations to senior management and executive leadership on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience
Develops, reviews, analyzes and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including earned value, and variance analyses and communicates cost and/or schedule trends
Participate in the development of business cases using appropriate indices
Provides subject matter expertise to troubleshoot process and tool issues, determine root cause and recommend solutions
Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
5+ years of experience leading the integration and analysis of resource forecasting and/or Estimates at Completion (EACs) for control accounts, budgets, financial statements forecasts and/or financial EACs for contracts
5+ years of experience collecting, organizing, and analyzing data; summarizing findings; and developing conclusions
5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft office suite
Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
2+ years of experience leading a team or project
Experience developing and analyzing Financial forecasts
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt to evolving work statements and business
