The Boeing Company – Boeing Commercial Airplane (BCA) is looking for a Financial Analysis Manager (Level K) based out of Everett or Renton, Washington or Seal Beach, California. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business by providing finance support to BCA programs and functions.

Position Responsibilities:

This requisition will be used to fill two management positions: one as finance Manufacturing manager and one as finance manager for Customer Support and Airplane Programs Production Engineering

Manages, develops and motivates individual contributors

Lead the execution of budget and finance activities

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals

Act as a trusted advisor to your business partner by providing valuable business insights and strategic recommendations

Supports the execution of operational statement of work, including their financial performance to budgets / plans and opportunity/risk evaluation

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports, across functions and programs

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business or a related field

5+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, business or related role

1+ years of experience leading projects or teams

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience as a manager of people

Experience presenting and communicating data in senior leadership briefings

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $114,750 - $155,250
