The Boeing Company is seeking an ExperiencedFinance Technical Project Manager to join the Finance Systems and Analytics Team located in Tukwila, WA.

In this role, you will drive the vision and activities across the portfolio of Finance Systems and Analytics, meeting overall product objectives while managing key stakeholder relationships. This analyst will play a key role in standing up the agile operating rhythm to manage a development portfolio across multiple product offerings. The ideal candidate will have the ability to act as a release train engineer, working well with technical analytics leads, individual technical analytics personnel and other project managers to manage bandwidth while releasing key product features.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages project management operations of a small team within FS&A Analytics to iteratively deliver features on the product roadmap, working with Tech Leads and PMs to integrate features into a broader product at the end of every sprint

Establish a new agile operating rhythm for the FS&A analytics team, driving successful adoption by all team members

Serves as the accountable “face” of the analytics project portfolio, taking responsibility for team progress and outcomes vs. broader product expectations, accountable for team's adherence to standards and guidelines

Monitors and reports on team progress and performance, and stays updated on broader product developments to pivot team activities accordingly

Identifies and addresses any issues or blockers within the team, requesting additional resources and information where necessary

Coordinates with other team Leads and Product Manager

Combines technical knowledge and experience with agile methods to help product teams achieve their objectives

Basic Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business, or a related field

3+ years of experience as a scrum master, release training engineer or equivalent role managing development of a portfolio of projects

3+ years of experience working in Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent technical field

3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience in data analytics, data science, business intelligence and other related fields

Experience with Git, Gitlab or GitHub

Experience with data analytics languages: SQL, R, Python, React, C#, Java

Experience with visualization tools: IBM Cognos, Tableau and PowerBI

Experience leading a team either formally or informally, mentoring, and supporting team members

Experience in Finance or Business Systems

Experience in Program Management, Compliance, Risk Management

Experience in managing a SAFe program increment with cross-functional stakeholders

Summary Pay Range: $113,050 - $152,950
