Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a motivated, driven and highly skilled Finance Systems Analyst (Experienced or Senior) to join our Future Finance Systems team in Tukwila, WA; Arlington, VA; Chicago, IL or Hazelwood, MO.

This role will focus on system and process design primarily within the SAP S/4 Hana platform related to our Plan to Perform (Pl2Pe) value stream which encompasses forecasting, planning, rates and budget development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cost management & financial planning processes / principles, systems/process analysis, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams to drive improvements and implement technology solutions.
Position Responsibilities:
As a member of the Plan to Perform Development team, this role supports the development and implementation of finance systems, notably SAP S/4 Hana
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, accounting, finance and manufacturing to gather requirements and design solutions that enhance functionalities
Lead system testing and validation efforts to ensure that new functionalities meet business requirements and are implemented successfully
Provide training and support to end-users on finance systems, ensuring they understand processes and tools
Identify opportunities and automation within finance processes and tools
Stay current with industry trends and for process improvements best practices in finance systems to recommend enhancements
Travel up to 5% Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required

Has experience in defense cost management & financial planning processes such as forecasting, rates development and financial management/analysis

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to both work collaboratively in a team environment as well as individual work statements
Basic Qualifications(Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field
3+ years of experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
3+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
Preferred Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proactive self-starter who possesses a positive work attitude collaborates effectively to build strong partnerships with key stakeholders
Highly motivated and organized self-starter with a high attention to detail as well as be adaptable, have sense of urgency, and be able to manage and prioritize work effectively
Strong critical thinking, problem solving, negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
Experience functioning in a cross-functional environment
Experience with Financial processes and systems

Summary Pay Range (Level 3): $96,050 - $139,150
Summary Pay Range (Level 4): $119,850 - $173,650
