Find your future with us.Emergent Operations North (EON) is seeking a Expert levelNumerical Control Programmer to support the Fabrication Organization in Everett, Washington. The NC Programmer will provide programming expertise for multi-axis high-speed machining of aircraft components, to support Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) programs.
Emergent Operations North (EON) is a rapid response organization supporting all airplane programs with one of a kind manufacturing needs. It is called upon to machine and or repair parts and components that require modification. The work in Emergent Operations North (EON) is expected to be completed within tight cycle times and with first time quality. There is a constant call for our services from all airplane programs with a high degree of urgency. This is a fast paced and challenging technical statement of work that is never routine but very rewarding.
Primary Responsibilities:
Consults with internal and external stakeholders to develop technical requirements for numerical control and manufacturing processes.
Identifies equipment and approaches, ensures accommodation of numerical control programming and resolves manufacturing or production process concerns.
Manages implementation of new and revised computing applications for design, machining or inspection systems.
Trains and mentors others.
Works under consultative direction.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA
Work Authorization Statement:

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Experience with high speed machining in a production environment.8+ years of machinist/robotics experience with shop floor programming skills.8+ years of experience in CAD/CAM software (preferred CATIA, Vericut simulation, MasterCAM, Robot Studio, CENIT, etc )
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of machinist/robotics experience with shop floor programming skills.10+ years of experience in CAD/CAM software (preferred CATIA, Vericut simulation, MasterCAM, Robot Studio, CENIT, etc )
Typical Education/Experience:
Expert: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+7 years' related work experience, 11 years' related work experience, etc.
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
