Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Senior ExecutiveOffice Administrator (Level D) based out of Renton, Washington to join the Sales and Marketing team.
As a Senior Executive Office Administrator, you're at the heart of our team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. In addition to being organized and responsive, you are a team player and possess the strong collaboration and communication skills needed to interact with various people and job functions.

Position Responsibilities:
Performs the following tasks for Eurasia and Middle East region VP leaders and team members: Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler logistics, generates expense reports, assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement, and verifies payments to corporate credit cardsCollects and compiles data to provide status visibility for traveler's review and/or signatureCoordinates and processes company contribution requests, including internal approval and payment processingCreates, edits, and maintains electronic and written communicationTracks and maintains information relative to department and business operationsVerbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiencesProcesses incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of informationPrioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of timeTracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resourcesCoordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resourcesOrders and maintains office suppliesPlans and implements logistics for executive-level internal and external eventsAs a subject matter expert you help guide less experienced employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft Office or any administrative tools3+ years of experience coordinating and processing business travel arrangements, generating expense reports, and reconciling corporate credit card charges3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and creating reports using data from multiple sourcesAble to work a flexible schedule required to support the regional time differences (not standard US hours) that includes early mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays and overnights as needed.Associates Degree or higher
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience directly supporting senior/executive leaders5+ years of experience managing office supplies and conference room schedules5+ years of experience collecting, interpreting data, and managing high-level projects for Executives or Senior LeadershipExperience managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal directionMinimum of 3 years’ experience in a team-based or collaborative environment
