The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for an ExecutiveOffice Administrator (Level C). This role will support the E7 program in Tukwila, WA.

The E-7 is the world’s most advanced, capable and reliable Airborne Early Warning and Control (AEW&C) platform, having proven itself in operations around the world. The aircraft is designed to track multiple airborne and maritime targets simultaneously. It can provide situational awareness and direct other assets such as fighter jets and warships.

Position Responsibilities:

Tracks and maintains information relative to department and business operationsCreates, edits and maintains electronic and written communicationVerbally communicates a wide variety of information to multiple audiencesProcesses incoming and outgoing communication and correspondence to ensure proper dissemination of informationPlans and implements logistics for executive level internal and external eventsPerforms the following tasks for managers on the executive payroll: Coordinates and processes domestic and international business travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cardsCollects and compiles data to provide visibility of status for traveler's review and/or signaturePrioritizes and schedules management-level employee time and availability for efficient use of timeTracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resourcesCoordinates with the appropriate focal(s) to support the acquisition and maintenance of resourcesOrders and maintains office suppliesProvides guidance for less experienced employeesWorks under limited supervision

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. Tomeet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience):

High school diploma or GEDA demonstrated ability to work directly with executives or senior leadersExperience managing executive schedules and calendars using Microsoft OutlookExperience coordinating and processing business travel arrangements; generating expense reports for business travel and reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursementExperience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Excellent customer service skillsExperience managing office supplies and conference room schedules

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate +2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).

Relocation

This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

Summary pay range: Min: 60,350 –Max: 81,650
