Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated security professional to join our Enterprise Classified Security team as an Enterprise Classified Security Enterprise Services Senior Manager in Arlington, VA; Layton, UT; Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; El Segundo, CA; or Huntsville, AL.
This position is responsible for the services necessary for the Enterprise Classified Security organization to operate effectively. It will be a direct report to the Vice President of Enterprise Classified Security responsible for enabling the continued successful operations of Enterprise Classified Security.
Position Responsibilities:
Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors
Ensure alignment of policies and procedures within the Enterprise Classified Security (ECS) organization and across the Classified Cybersecurity and Program Security organizations with evolving regulatory requirements and best practices
Oversee personnel security (PERSEC) requirements for all clearance levels, ensuring consistent application of security protocols across the organization
Support communication security (COMSEC) for all information systems extending beyond physical boundaries, ensuring compliance with physical security standards as outlined in Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705
Lead senior managers in guiding and directing special projects and technology advancements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Classified Cybersecurity and Government Security organizations
Oversee strategic efforts that drive innovation and improve operational processes, ensuring agility and responsiveness to emerging threats and regulatory changes
Develop messaging for security awareness and training programs, ensuring all employees are informed and engaged in safeguarding sensitive information
Collaborate closely with the Vice President of Enterprise Classified Security to align special projects with broader strategic objectives of the organization
Foster a culture of governance and accountability, ensuring all security measures are documented, communicated, and adhered to across the organization
Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, both internally and externally, to facilitate collaboration and integrate security initiatives into the overall business strategy
Establish and monitor key performance metrics necessary for internal and external engagement by the Enterprise Classified Security Organization
Evaluate and communicate the effectiveness of security measures, providing oversight and guidance on governance matters
Position The Boeing Company as a leader in national security compliance and innovation, supporting the mission to protect sensitive information and maintain the integrity of national defense initiatives
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
10+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives in industry and government
10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI
5+ years of experience with the NISPOM
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects
Experience working with senior government organizations that oversee policy development and management
Experience presenting to multiple audiences, including executive leadership
