The Boeing Company is looking for a highly motivated security professional to join our Enterprise Classified Cybersecurity team as an Enterprise Classified Cybersecurity Senior Manager in Arlington, VA; Layton, UT; Seattle, WA; Berkeley, MO; Mesa, AZ; El Segundo, CA; or Huntsville, AL.

This position is responsible for the Classified Cybersecurity portfolio of the Enterprise Classified Security organization and will serve as the deputy to the Vice President of Enterprise Classified Security responsible for all things Classified Cybersecurity.

Position Responsibilities:

Champion the Boeing Values and Behaviors

Ensure technical and administrative compliance with the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) for classified data at SECRET, TOP SECRET, SAR, and SCI levels

Provide strategic direction and oversight for the implementation of information security protections mandated by the NISP

Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines, including NISPOM, NIST Special Publications (800-37, 800-53, etc.), DAAPM, ICD 503, and JSIG

Lead and manage a team of 350+ employees, directly overseeing senior managers

Foster a culture of security awareness and encourage proactive reporting among employees

Innovate and adopt evolving technologies to adapt to emerging cybersecurity threats

Engage with senior U.S. Government security officials and Authorizing Officials (AOs) across DoD organizations and government agencies

Influence and drive national security policy related to classified systems

Collaborate with other departments (IT, legal, human resources, Corporate Audit, Corporate Compliance) to integrate classified cybersecurity into Boeing's broader strategy

Manage and monitor key business plans, including the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP), People Plan, and Strategic Plan

Make strategic decisions that impact Boeing’s ability to operate information systems processing classified information while ensuring resilience to emerging threats

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment

10+ years of experience building relationships and partnerships with all levels of employees, including executives in industry and government

10+ years of experience working in one or a combination of the following domains: NISP, SAP and/or SCI

5+ years of experience with the NISPOM

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

10+ years of experience leading and/or managing complex projects

Experience working with senior government organizations that oversee policy development and management

Experience presenting to multiple audiences, including executive leadership

Summary pay range: $193,800 - $280,600
