Find your future with us.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineering Technical Specialist to support our engineering executive in Renton, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and the ability to identify trends in recurring data, including performance and engineering data such as on-time performance, quality metrics, and manufacturing defects. This role will involve digesting complex data sets and articulating findings through presentations and reports.
Position Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Analyze recurring data to identify trends and insights related to performance metrics, manufacturing and engineering data.Reporting: Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations and other documentation to effectively communicate trends and findings to the engineering executive and senior management.Collaboration: Work closely with the executive, senior leaders, and managers to ensure that data insights are easily accessible and actionable for solving recurring problems.Meeting Support: Provide general support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.Project Management: Assist in project management tasks as needed, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.Organizational Support: Address general needs for the organization including facilities needs, meeting bookings, workshop and event support
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site in Renton, WA.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, or Engineering and Technology related fieldProven experience in data analysis and trend identification.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).Familiarity with project management software.Previous experience supporting executives or senior management.Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process

Summary Pay Range: $108,800 - $147,200
