Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is looking for an Engineering Cab (eCab) Systems & Integration Engineer to become part of the Engineering Cab Systems, Integration & Operations team based in Seattle, WA.
This team is tasked with the design, construction, and operation of a range of top-tier Flight Deck simulators that support both current production and future models of Boeing Commercial Aircraft. We are actively seeking engineers specializing in systems hardware and software integration to aid in the ongoing development and operation of these exceptional assets.
Our systems integrators serve as the primary engineers interacting with customers during each test session in our E-Cabs. They are involved in a diverse array of testing and troubleshooting activities related to flight deck hardware, mission systems, simulation and control inputs, as well as lab environment systems and facilities.
Some positions also emphasize the design, construction, and support of electro-mechanical hardware and software systems that aim to replicate the in-flight experience for pilots, featuring high-fidelity visual and auditory simulations along with control force feedback.

Position Responsibilities Include:
Power up the lab to ensure all systems are operational and troubleshooting as requiredConfigure the flight hardware / simulation software models, and ensure the systems are responding on the busses and the lab is ready for test / flight operationsPrepare any data collection needs for the test teamAssist the test teams in performing their tests / flying the airplane as neededDevelop expertise in one or more cab systems including: high fidelity out-the-window visuals; pilot controls loading; motion systems; aural systems; weather, air traffic (TCAS) and radio simulations; heads up and heads down displays; or audio/visual display systemsLearn our simulation code and being responsible for assigned models, testing and submitting models on time for simulation release datesEnsure the hardware and software systems are maintained and calibrated for use in our simulatorsMaintain configuration control of the cab systems throughout our labsPerform real-time evaluation and optimization of our systems to ensure our latency requirements are met
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science 1+ years of full-time aerospace industry experience within Avionics, Electrical, Software, Cabin Systems, Inflight Entertainment Systems, or Electro-Magnetic Effects
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Summary pay range for entry-level: $70,550 – $94,450
Summary pay range for associate level: $85,850 – $116,150
