Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Endpoint Security Senior Manager to join the Boeing Enterprise Security (BES) team and oversee all aspects of our endpoint security solutions team in either Arlington, VA; Chicago, IL; El Segundo, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Plano, TX; or Seattle, WA.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective endpoint security strategies, policies, and procedures to detect and prevent endpoint security threats such as malware and ransomware. The candidate will also manage and maintain endpoint security solutions across various environments, including cloud, desktop, on-prem compute, and Operational Technology (OT) environments. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the deployment and maintenance of effective endpoint security solutions, including detection systems, antivirus software, disk encryption and other defensive agents. Additionally, they will stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging technologies and work closely with vendors to ensure they are delivering on their service level agreements and that endpoint security solutions are kept current.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in endpoint security, excellent technical skills, a solid track record of successfully managing complex endpoint security projects, and a proven ability to lead and manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective endpoint security strategies, policies, and procedures to detect and prevent endpoint security threats across cloud, desktop, server, and OT environments
Oversee the management and maintenance of endpoint security solutions, including defensive visibility, detection systems, antivirus solutions, and defensive agents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the security, integrity, and maintenance of effective endpoint security measures
Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging threats and technologies in endpoint security
Lead and manage complex endpoint security projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
Meet or exceed service management targets for availability and performance of the services contained within your portfolio
Work with vendors to ensure security solutions are up to date and delivering against their Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of endpoint security professionals
Inspire and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher
10+ years of experience performing implementation, administration and support of Data Loss Prevention technologies which includes configuring policies, patching, upgrading & tuning
10+ years of experience designing and implementing solutions (e.g. client/server, storage, network, cloud, information security concepts, etc.)
5+ years of experience with Operational Technology
5+ years of experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership
5+ years of experience in leading managers within and organization
5+ years of experience in a managerial role
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Master’s degree or higher
Experience with endpoint security concepts, technologies, and industry standards
Experience with defensive visibility and defensive agents
Experience with cloud, desktop, server, and OT environments

Summary pay range: $174,250 – $251,850
