The Boeing Company’s Leadership, Learning, and Organizational Capabilities (LLOC) organization is currently seeking a Senior Employee Development Specialist to join their Manufacturing Quality & Safety (MQS) team in Everett, WA.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in employee development with specialized skills in electrical, mechanical and/or aircraft systems (A/C GENFAM).

Position Responsibilities:

Define project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources

Oversee curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements

Identify business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods

Perform as a lead instructor in a specialized content area

Deploy development tools and monitors implementation

Identify potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations

Support all 3 shifts of work

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):

Experience with repairing and troubleshooting aircraft structural/composite, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, environmental, and avionics systems

Experience with electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems

Experience with large aircraft and/or business aviation aircraft experience

Experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization

Ability to work/support variable shifts; including day, evening, night, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience teaching a technical subject matter in an adult learning environment

Experience developing adult learning curriculum

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100
