Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Manufacturing Functional Excellence - Engineering BASE Team is looking for SeniorEmployee Development Specialists to join our team in Everett, Washington.

This team is on the fore front of the “attract, develop and retain talent” initiative within Commercial Airplanes. Train and prepare Engineering and non-production personnel Boeing production manufacturing processes and Product Data Definition (PDD).

Position Responsibilities:

Defines project scope and recommends deliverables, budget and resources

Oversees curriculum development, review of course content and instructional materials, testing and system access requirements

Identifies business specific learning objectives and adapts curriculum content and delivery methods

Performs as a lead instructor in a specialized content area

Deploys development tools and monitors implementation

Identifies potential issues that impact performance and leads the performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing operations and/or manufacturing support

Experience in coaching, instructing or as an employee development specialist

Experience working with detailed work instructions or reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience designing and employing leadership development courseware and/or curriculum

Aerospace Manufacturing and Lean Certification(s)

Experience with Structural, Electrical, Repair, Functional Test, Seal, Systems, etc.

Experience as a mechanic working with structural, mechanical, electrical, or other systems

Experience in the following areas: Electrician/Structure/Wing/Spar Assembly, Needs Assessment and Job Analysis

Summary pay range: $96,900- $131,100
