Boeing Learning and Development (L&D) is looking for a Senior Employee Development Specialist – Learning Program Manager to help create, manage and elevate key leadership development programs in the Engineering space. We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in managing large-scale, learning development programs. This is a multifaceted role so the ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge and experience in the Engineering, Human Resources and Learning domains. This position can be located in Seattle, WA or Berkeley, MO.

The ideal candidate should be able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment and has excellent training development, project management and communication skills. This Learning Program Manager will be responsible for program execution, managing the scope, schedule, budget, and risks associated with complex projects. Successful candidates are collaborators who effectively create, prioritize and deploy training programs based on team and business need. This Learning Program Manager will also have responsibility for overseeing the product lifecycle for the trainings that reside in the Engineering space. This leader will partner with the business to develop and communicate an L&D portfolio strategy that aligns with business objectives, identifies trends and opportunities for growth, and creates measurement, metrics and performance tools to drive portfolio insight. Successful candidates are collaborators with the ability to translate raw data into executive format. This role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.

Position Responsibilities:

Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and manage complex programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectivesCollaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and create learning objectivesEstablishes learning strategies and architectures and defines project scopeDeploys development tools and monitors implementationOversees curriculum development and reviews course content and instructional materialsResearches and identifies new technologies and methodologiesOversees performance analysis and development of improvement recommendations and establishes performance analysis tools and process

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of experience communicating with and presenting to senior and executive leadership5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams5+ years of experience formally or informally leading training development programs

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higherAbility to effectively partner with Business Stakeholders and Executive ManagementExperience with curriculum development and content and instructional materials5+ years of experience with Data Analytics/Project Management Tools including but not limited to: Excel, MS Project, Tableau, Power BI, JIRA, Azure Dev Ops (ADO)), Clarity PPM

Summary Pay Range: $118,150 - $173,750
