The Boeing Learning & Development; Production System Training (PST) Functional Development organization is seeking a SeniorElectrical Learning Program Development Specialist. This role is a multifaceted role so the ideal candidate would have extensive knowledge and experience in the manufacturing electrical domain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning programs focused on electrical manufacturing processes. This role requires a deep understanding of the electrical processes and procedures, manufacturing processes, strong project management skills, and the ability to design and develop effective training programs in compliance with customer requirements. The location of this role will be in Berkeley, MO; Hazelwood, MO; Mesa, AZ; Renton, WA; Everett, WA; Auburn, WA; Ridley Park, PA; North Charleston, SC; Huntsville, AL; or San Antonio, TX.

Position Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement electrical learning curriculum aligned to the appropriate processes and procedures.Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and create learning objectives.Design and develop engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, and job aids.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, production operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment and integration of the learning program with other organizational initiatives.Be cognizant of budget, including vendor selection, to optimize resources and achieve cost-efficiency.Validate Boeing learning content is aligned to the needs of the business and is compliant to Boeing process specifications and procedures.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in electrical manufacturing processes.Travel to other Boeing locations to support local training as needed.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work on-site at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

5+ years of aviation and/or military electrical experience and documentation (blueprints/hook-up sheets, and process specifications)5+ years adherence to following Department of Defense/FAA requirementsExceed at managing projects, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience communicating and presenting, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiencesExperience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principlesExperience collecting and analyzing data to measure program effectiveness and make data-driven decisionsExperience with the identification and implementation of process improvements to learning enhance related solutions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Active Secret ClearanceBachelor's degree or higherProject and/or Program leadership experienceExperience with e-learning platforms and multimedia tools

Summary Pay Range: $102,000 - $147,200

Security Clearance
