The Boeing Company is seeking a Electrical & Electronics Engineering Manager (level K) to join our team in Everett or Renton, Washington.

Position Responsibilities:

Manages employees performing engineering and technical activities in the areas of Electronic and Electrical Engineering.

Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.

Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.

Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.

Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes. Manages, develops and motivates employees.

Provides specific guidance to exempt team members to ensure effective performance.

Demonstrates basic ability to state what is needed to persuade and convince others without causing defensiveness and to inspire others to take action.

Builds relationships to gain support and commitment from others, promotes ideas with enthusiasm and conviction.

Work Authorization:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):

Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.

3+ years of experience with leading electronics, software and supporting technologies employed in sustaining new capabilities on production or developmental airplane models.

Ability and willingness to travel as needed to meet business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):

Complete knowledge of Boeing's organizations, processes, program plans, policies and procedures, and products required to effectively perform functional responsibilities of the occupation.

Proven ability to lead with the Boeing Values

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of innovative solutions in engineering challenges.

Demonstrated ability in team building, coaching, and employee development to enhance team performance and engagement.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical information to all stakeholders.

Solid technical background with the ability to guide and mentor the team.

Summary Pay Range:

$147,050 - $198,950
